Our renovations were seamless from start to finish. Veronica & Chris were so easy to deal with, and honestly the nicest people. Any small changes along the way weren't a problem and nothing was too hard for them. We are so pleased with our 3 new bathrooms, laundry, outdoor kitchen, bedrooms and huge covered deck. Nearly 2 years after the renos, we can vouch that this is quality building and it still feels like new. We'd definitely recommend Ultima to any of our friends and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed! Thanks Ultima :)

I am an older lady who is selling the family home, there was a lot of work to done painting new railings outside and so on, what I was most impressed about Chris He thinks outside of the box my house isn’t square and the things he came up with to make it work was just amazing I love how patient Chris is he always has time to talk and he listens to everything I say and carries them out he even fixed my hand rail upstairs near my room without me asking him too. My house was ugly and badly needed to be repaired now it’s finished I see people walking there dogs stopping to have a look and watching the transformation as they go past every morning

Project: Replace tile roof with Colorbond, replace decking with Merbau, and install internal doors, architrave, and skirting. Project cost: $34K. Review: Excellent workmanship, excellent communication with ourselves, and an eye for detail, resulting in an excellent outcome for ourselves.
