I recently had a pergola built by Chris and his team. From the start I found Chris and Ultima Building Group to be highly professional in all aspects. Chris arrived on site to quote on time and was helpful in terms of both build options and timing. The day of construction Chris and his team arrived on site on time and worked all day to finish the job. The pergola was built to a high standard and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. I am an older lady who is selling the family home, there was a lot of work to done painting new railings outside and so on, what I was most impressed about Chris He thinks outside of the box my house isn’t square and the things he came up with to make it work was just amazing I love how patient Chris is he always has time to talk and he listens to everything I say and carries them out he even fixed my hand rail upstairs near my room without me asking him too. My house was ugly and badly needed to be repaired now it’s finished I see people walking there dogs stopping to have a look and watching the transformation as they go past every morning

AMAZING! We were very nervous to start with not sure if anyone would understand our needs. We required our home modified for wheelchair access and we needed to follow the NDIS guidelines, it was a learning curve for all of us but Chris was really patient and worked with us the whole way. Chris and his team at Ultima Building Group did a great job for our renovation / refresh project for our holiday home. Quotes were provided promptly and with options if we needed them. Project: Replace tile roof with Colorbond, replace decking with Merbau, and install internal doors, architrave, and skirting. Project cost: $34K. Review: Excellent workmanship, excellent communication with ourselves, and an eye for detail, resulting in an excellent outcome for ourselves.
