Upper Level Living handled construction quickly and with care. From the minute we contacted Ang at the office, the whole team has been accommodating and very friendly. We can't believe how fast everything has moved to get us to where we are now, the process has felt seamless and fun which we never expected when renovating a home. Scott and Steve are perfectionists, which reflects on the high quality finishes. Really happy with our decision to build with Upper Level Living.

We had the pleasure of having the folks from Upper Level Living build an extension on our gorgeous old Queenslander in Ipswich in 2011-12. From the start they impressed us with their professionalism. They were one of the few builders we went to - and we went to a few - who came out when they said they would, promised and delivered on a quote and didnt leave us to chase them. They took all of our ideas and came up with a design we loved, while being happy to incorporate modifications as required. They dealt with council on our behalf, and eventually solved an impasse that could have seen our renovations railroaded before they began by refusing to accept that the council's records were right (the council's records as to where drainage was on our property ended up being completely wrong). I gave birth to our second child the week construction commenced, so I spent the entire build time at home with a newborn. This meant I was nearly always around and the boys were so helpful and respectful, working around our baby's sleep times when they could and always ensuring that the building site was spotless. This was crucial to us with a newborn and a very active toddler. One night a sudden storm hit Ipswich and we weren't surprised to see the boys suddenly turn up - late - to ensure that everything was secure and dry. It was that level of attention to detail that really stood out, they went above and beyond to ensure that our vision became our home. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Their quote was competitive and they were able to help with recommendations for other services that we needed.

We are really pleased with the service provided. Upper Level Living are so professional, quick to respond and deliver exactly what they say they're going to. We have used their services for a home renovation and are absolutely thrilled with the result. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. There's nothing more refreshing than reliable people!
