Tim Lo Presti of Vital Build was the builder for our high-performance home. Tim was knowledgeable and had access to experienced tradesmen. Despite the challenges dealt by the pandemic and issues with the architect, Tim had the project under control. He was frequently on site and attended to many tasks himself. Thank you, Tim.

Tim was so detailed during the entire building process and would work through any issue that came up throughout construction with care and thought. He was happy for us to be onsite, constantly checking the progress and talking through any unknown items. I would highly recommend Tim and his team at Vital Build in the future.

Tim and the team were fantastic throughout the renovation process. We stayed in the house while the renovations were happening, with two kids under 7 & no kitchen/laundry; but what could've been a terrible situation was made bearable by the respect to the situation that Tim and the team showed throughout. We couldn't be happier with the finish either, even with a few inevitable bumps in the road, Vital Build has done a great job bringing the vision to life - and all before xmas! We would definitely recommend & use Tim again.

We engaged Vital Build to renovate our home in Brunswick. Right from the outset, Tim was fantastic to deal with. The quality of the work is obvious from the minute you step in our house. The attention to detail in the finishes is very evident particularly in the beautiful bespoke joinery and he has preserved the integrity of the architectural design. Tim from VitalBuild has constructed two of my recent projects and I do not hesitate to recommend his construction company. During tendering, Tim was thorough in understanding all the particular aspects of each project demonstrating his on-site experience and desire to prepare for any unforeseen circumstances (resulting in possible variations) before commencing the project, such as dealing with existing stormwater and the impacts of gas appliances forcing an increased size in the gas line. Tim's attention to detail is evident throughout each project with full engagement with myself as the Architect and the Client during the construction phase. He has provided an exceptionally high level of service in addition to his excellent construction skills. I look forward to working with VitalBuild again in the future.

We contracted Vital build to build our forever home because we were able to be closely involved with all aspects of the building process. We are very happy with the end product, all the individual sub-contractors were chosen based on their previous works carried out for Vital Build, this insured that all works were completed to a very high standard. All our queries were handled promptly and minor changes and improvements to the house design which were suggested by us and the builder. After discussions many of these suggestions were implemented resulting in a great finished product. We would have no hesitation in recommending Vital Build they did a great job. Thank you Tim.
