We had our home built by Wade Builders a year ago, and it has settled immaculately since then. The quality of work and attention to detail that they provided were brilliant, and we could not be happier with the end result. Throughout the building process, communication was phenomenal, and we had direct access to Jacob and Steve Wade, which ensured that we were confident at every stage. They worked with us to ensure that we could build the home we were after within the range of our budget and were able to support us with compromise where necessary. What stood out to us was the after-care and follow-up that we received from Wade Builders. Long after we had moved into our home, they continued to ensure that we were satisfied with their work and that any issues were promptly resolved. The team at Wade Builders exceeded all our expectations in delivering us our beautiful new home in Torquay. They were able to navigate through multiple lockdowns, outbreaks and supply shortages to finish our build ahead of schedule. We're sure it wasn't easy for them but to us it couldn't have been any less stressful and smooth sailing. The house itself- what can we say, we couldn't be more pleased with the result. We had our house renovated and extended in 2018. Steve, Jacob and the team at Wade Builders were excellent to deal with. The whole process was seamless, came in on time and on budget, the only variations were our decisions/change of mind. They were professional and approachable, and have been amazing with call backs post handover. We highly recommend Wade Builders and would definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic Builders- excellent communicators which made the whole building process an enjoyable experience. Steve and his team are very competent and make it happen seamlessly - the contractors they used were also of a very high standard and well managed by Wade Builders. Our home was shortlisted in 2017 Houses Awards and a finalist in the 2018 Timber Awards which is testament to the Builder and the Architect. Highly Recommended.

Our existing block was quite large however the house was quite small. With a growing family we decided to extended out the back. We kept the main part of the front of the house and extended the living area with a playroom, extra bedroom, laundry, study and boot room. We also re-worked the existing front of the house adding an extra bathroom and walk-in robe. We found Wade Builders to be extremely professional and courteous builders. The team would always keep us updated and documented all conversations which was very important to us. Their work was of the highest quality and they would help with advice along the way which was very helpful. Would have no hesitations in recommending them for other projects.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Steve on three major projects: a major renovation and extension of a 1910’s house in Malvern East, a subsequent upstairs extension to that house and a new build of our double-story beach house. Each experience was fantastic! The team are incredibly highly skilled craftsmen. They are outstanding communicators and go the extra mile to work collaboratively with the client and all of the other trades (e.g. garden designers etc.) We loved their reliability, attention to detail and their genuine emotional investment in our projects. The sites were always kept really neat and tidy and their commitment to safety was first class. We are thrilled with the final product and would thoroughly recommend Wade Builders to anyone. We’ll definitely be engaging them again for our future projects.
