“We engaged G&R Homes to build our custom home in 2015. It was important to us that their business was a family business and that they are all hands on through the process. The results for our finished house are fantastic and we are extremely happy with the result and have been moved in for over 6 months. Roy and Joe were always available on the job or by phone 7 days a week to deal with all matters. The job was complete within the 10 months specified and we meet budget for the build. The team of trades that G&R Homes use have been working with them for many years and their care, respect and workmanship was without question. Thank you to Jerry, Rosa, Roy and Joe.”

“We had an outstanding experience with Nick who made our dream home a reality. He is experienced and extremely professional. Communication was excellent, clear and timely. The process was smooth and he was always upfront about any unexpected costs or challenges. Nick has an experienced and highly professional team who all worked together efficiently and delivered a high quality result on time and on budget. We had heard so many horror stories of builders but our experience was the opposite. Nick has pride in his work, integrity and honesty - it was always a pleasure to deal with him. On many occasions he made decisions that demonstrated his priority was the quality of the build and the end result - a home we would enjoy and be proud of!
