Our Noosaville unit sold recently for well above the asking price and I'm convinced the styling provided by Blink Living contributed equally to this outcome as did the current raging real estate market. The unit had been rented for many years and in its current shape was a little uninspiring. It needed a lift to excite a potential buyer. Our agent, Luke Chen from Tom Offerman Real Estate, suggested we invest in a property stylist and recommended Blink Living. Our contact at Blink was Liz Conley and she led us through the process, organized a review and measurement of the property, consulted with her designer then prepared a quote. As soon as this was approved she coordinated everything with Luke, through to the removal of furniture six weeks later. We weren't able to be there in person due to living outside of Queensland.
