“Butch and Sheila, owners of Presentation Home Staging, LLC staged a home for me located on a beautiful river - estate setting. The home was over 5000 sq.ft. and very outdated. With their masterful touch and fabulous eye for design and detail, they staged the kitchen, living room, master bedroom suite and downstairs entertainment area. It was amazing the difference it made in showing the home. They included in their staging not only items from their vast inventory of furnishings, but incredible photos that I was able to use to promote my listing in the MLS. It was easy to work with them. Once a contract was signed, Butch and Sheila made a plan, scheduled delivery of the furnishings and went to work doing what they do best - wonderful staging. Once we received the offer and proceded to closing, they once again arrived to dismantle their items, loaded the truck and left the place as clean as a whistle. I can honestly say that due to their staging, the home was much easier to show, had more showings, and eventually received the offer that the sellers were happy with.”

“I have enjoyed working with Heather, my designer. She is a total Professional and has great ideas. I started with a completely empty Living room and Dining room. I gave her my parameters regarding cost, color and overall theme. Everything came together nicely and both rooms look great. We have recently completed the Master bedroom and are now moving into the Family room. Heather sources from many companies and emails me ideas for inspiration. My house would not be so beautiful if it wasn't for her expertise!”
