“I contacted Lori Murphy of Element One Home Staging to give color and design change for the renovation of a house I was cleaning up to sell. The color and redesign suggestions she made surprised me. “We did a consultation with Teresa from Eye4Design in 11.2019 in preparation for putting our house on the market 1.2020. We paid consultation fee only rather than opting to rent furniture or artwork from them and she was fine with that. She explained if we did consult only rather than paying them for staging, it’d be up to us to take notes during the consult and she had her iPad to mark up photos if needed. She made so many suggestions that I wouldn’t have even thought of and I am HGTV obsessed.
