INTERIOR DESIGN From a partial makeover to a full home overhaul, our interior designers can work with you to create a tailored, stylish home that suits the way you live. This includes: design, trades & project management. PROPERTY STYLING We work closely with our vendors & agents throughout the complete sales process to increase the appeal of a property to potential buyers & in turn achieve a premium sale price. Through creating beautifully styled spaces we will showcase your home at its best & optimised for market. Our professional tradesmen & styling team will enhance visual appeal & spatial functionality, taking your home from a blank canvas to a stylish & welcoming space. PROJECT MANAGEMENT We assist by cohesively planning all the trades for a stress-free renovation. This is achieved through compiling quotes for your consideration, based on the recommended improvements with appropriate trades, organise & manage all trades in the most appropriate order. DECLUTTERING & PACKING Have you been saying “I need to organise my pantry/closet/garage” for 10 months nOw? Let us do it! We offer decluttering/packing/organisation services. We have the boxes - & the manpower (or womenpower, let’s be honest!) PLANT HIRE & FLORALS Need low-maintenance greenery in a corporate setting? Let us curate a selection for you. We will come in, make selects, bring them in, style, & maintain the plants & greenery for the length of your contract with us. EX-DISPLAY FURNITURE Love our styling? Always wondering where we source our items from? Well, we can’t tell you that, but we can offer you the opportunity to buy our ex-display furniture or specify to your needs/flavour! DISPLAY SUITES The past couple of years have really grown this side of the business. We have been busy working with commercial & residential developers to not only style their showrooms, but offer the furnishings as an option when their clients are purchasing off-the-plan.

Cordony brought expertise and energy to the presentation of our family home during the sale period and it made a major positive difference to our result. Having decided to downsize we were not too enthusiastic about the process ... luckily Kahlia and her team supplied not just good advice but also the people, the co-ordination and the furniture to make it a reality. We benefitted from the skilled tradespeople arranged and in super quick order our list of maintenance tasks was dealt with. With the support of Cordony we have had a very smooth transition and we are so grateful for their services and the friendly, positive staff that helped us so much.

We had a very successful sales and marketing programme to assist the sale of our house, which was assisted in large part by Cordony Group's activities. Jenelle, Natalie and the Team explained and executed the whole styling process with great care, without disruption or fuss, and followed up during the 5 weeks or so of the programme. Cordony's service offering was above what others proposed, and they certainly delivered what they promised. We were made to feel that our job was the most important to them. The CORDONY Group has recently completed two projects for us. Overall we are extremely pleased with the service and expertise they provided. Bec, Miki and Chad did a fantastic job throughout the renovation and were very easy to deal with. Communications with tradesmen was smooth and streamlined and the on-site project management was a big help in the renovation completion. Our stylist Jenelle, did a first class job at identifying our styling needs, interpreting them, and then providing the suitable furnishings to maximise presentation of our house for sale. She was very responsive and got back to us quickly to answer questions or provide information; often outside of normal business hours. We definitely feel that the styling was worthwhile in the overall sale process of our house. One negative was that the Cordony furniture needed to be returned during the Covid lockdown and I think that Cordony could have been more proactive to ensure they used removalists who had a Covid safe operational plan, including testing and if possible vaccination. Jenelle worked very hard to find a solution but we felt that as clients we had to push to find a Covid safe solution and although requested, the owner of the business was not available for contact.

The talent in design was perfect and added multiples of value to the property over the relatively minimal cost.
