About Us

My name is Jodie Norman, I am a Property Stylist and Director of Decorate For Sale. Decorate For Sale is an Interior Decorating Service that specialises in home styling and preparing your property for sale. Our aim is to enhance your home making it appealing to the highest number of potential buyers and as a result you attract the best possible sale price. This may involve partially furnishing your home using existing furniture and décor, a total furnish whereby we provide all furniture, accessories and artwork or alternatively a combination of both. Home styling your property accentuates the features of the home, provides a feeling of space and allows the potential owner to envisage living in the home. We offer the complete pre-sale home package for whatever it is you require to ensure your home is looking its best. Styling Furniture hire Gardening Painting Decorate For Sale also offers colour consultations and all interior decorating services.

We recently engaged Jodie to stage my Mums house ready for sale & we’re blown away by how Jodie gave it an updated look , presenting various possibilities, that would suit a variety of buyer genre. It looked like a home of many possibilities & with a price received at our auction that well exceeded our expectations, clearly other buyers could see its potential too. We would definitely engage Jodie again, should the need arise. Wonderful outcome.

We used Decorate for Sale to style our recently renovated property for the rental market. Jodie was so professional and easy to deal with. Any questions we had were answered promptly and she was more than happy to help. Our property was styled so well, we had extremely positive feedback, strong interest and 3 tenant applications after just one open for inspection! The styling definitely helped to lease our property at a higher rate, and faster than ever before. Plus now, we have beautiful suite of photos to use in the future for either releasing or selling our property. We couldn’t recommend Decorate for Sale (or Rental) highly enough!

Jodie made a huge difference to the marketing of my home for sale. She worked with what I had and supplemented this with her design items. She was also very respectful and kind. Just what I needed getting ready for sale. To be honest I wished I had consulted Jodie when I moved in 10 years ago! Will definitely use Jodie again. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Jodie. She styled our home for sale and was extremely friendly and professional to work with, communicated really well, and made the whole process stress-free and seamless. Jodie has an eye for detail and the ability to quickly sum up a situation. We particularly wanted to push some boundaries with colour and Jodie helped us do this with exceptional results. The transformation was amazing and we received many comments on how beautiful our home looked. Thankyou Jodie :)
