They did a great job styling my home for sale, particularly at short notice. The styling was great, and they also used real plants which added a warmth and natural feel to the home.

The property sold within a few days of the first open house. Karen and Chloe delivered to a high standard, on time and without fuss. Karen and her team worked efficiently through my real estate agent on my behalf. They went out of their way to chose a feature of the home itself (in our case the feature bathroom tile) and structured the styling around this. For us this meant not only a cohesive and complimentary look but also made the bathroom a beautiful centrepiece as potential buyers walked through.

Karen and her team provided inspiration combined with practical detail to make our house as appealing to buyers as it could possibly be. They worked with the style of our house and furnishings rather than attempting to impose a standard style. Karen also suggested changes to the purpose of some of the rooms in the house that maximised its value; in particular her repurposing of our studio conversion into a guest bed/ sitting room and a home office added directly to increased buyer interest. We recently employed Karen and her team at Sold on Styling (SOS) to help prepare our Belconnen house for auction. The SOS crew helped us with a partial makeover and they get a big 5- star rating from us. For some time we had been thinking about downsizing. It was much more about decluttering. The difference in the flow-through of light and space was quite stunning. Karen and her team really put in. Karen did an outstanding job in styling our 4-bedroom house for sale and was very flexible in accommodating our ideas.
