We had planned to sell our rental property empty but on the recommendation of our agent, decided at the last minute to have it staged for sale and we are so glad we did! I phoned Jill from Style & Sell on the Wednesday, met her and the lovely Sam on Friday and the following Monday our house was staged and ready to sell. The first time I walked into the house after staging, it took my breath away! "WOW! This feels like a home I'd want to live in!" It was so carefully laid out and furnished with comfortable and homely looking furniture and decor and just turned an empty shell of a house into a home that you could see yourself living in. It wasn't overdone nor sparse. I truly believe that the staging that Jill and her team performed on our house added significant value to the final sale price and we couldn't be happier.
