The style, stage and sell service that they provided is ingenious, the furniture they used for staging made our house look awesome and definitely made it more appealing to buyers. "Wonder Woman" That was our nickname for Nadija. This was our investment property and it was time to sell. The property needed a bit of TLC and Nadija threw herself into the task with gusto. She gave us a list of contact to attend to the necessary maintenance jobs. But she insisted on going the extra distance to present the property in its best light. Using her stage set of decorating pieces and furniture she transformed the space to give the place a special quality. We could hardly believe it was the same place when we saw the professional photographs on line (Again all organised by Nadija) This is the third property Nadija has sold for us and we would highly recommend her services.

Selling Property In A Hard Market We were referred to Dan & Nadija from a mutual friend. They had sold his house and he had nothing but praise for The Perth Property Co. Everyone knows that the Perth real estate market is a hard market at present, so you need a real estate agent who can get the job done. Dan & Nadija were professional and dedicated to the task. Their attention to detail was fantastic, everything from dressing the home, marketing and follow up was suburb. The job was not finished when the sale was signed as Dan and Nadija stayed on the job and managed the sale right through to settlement( even fixing broken sprinklers so we could settle on time) If I have more real estate to buy and sell in the future I will not hesitate to contact & work with The Perth Property Co.
