I’ll admit that, in the beginning, I had a little trouble convincing my husband to stage the house, but once he saw the results, he was blown away and could plainly see it was a wise investment. The transformation was jaw-dropping. Across the space of one day, Lisa and her team turned our house into something that might grace the pages of an interior design magazine. The combination of textures, colours and thoughtful positioning of furniture and décor was inspired and something I could never have achieved myself. Lisa very cleverly worked with the minimal furniture that we had retained of our own and the character of our home, to create a consistent look throughout that was modern and luxurious. I believe it was of great benefit to our property marketing campaign and would highly recommend Visual Illusions by Lisa for anyone considering staging their property. She is professional, has an incredible work ethic and is very talented.

What Lisa accomplished in styling our house was amazing! We hadn’t realised the impact styling would have on our 15 year old townhouse. Lisa did a fabulous job in advising us and then devising a decor theme that worked perfectly with the 1960s brick veneer house we were preparing for sale. Her advice on paint colour, presentation of each of the spaces, and the decor theme that unifiedthe house was also spot on. The overall presentation of the house made people see it as a welcoming home and they fell in love with it resulting in 3 couples confirming their intention to bid at the auction after only 5 open for inspections. Lisa was able to work within our time constraints, which were tight, and was very responsive to all of our communications. Thank you Lisa for helping us to market our property superbly with a minimum of stress!

Lisa basically totally nailed the look we were hoping for in our place that we were selling. The theme that ran through out the house was clean, simple and elegant. Her idea's regarding a couple of the rooms turned out to be inspired and we wish we'd thought of them years ago when we were living in the place ourselves :)
