“I am very happy and satisfied to engage Daylen from Design4Space for renovation works to my kitchen and bathroom. Knowing that I need to work during week-days, he arranged for some works to be carried out over the weekend, and I only had to apply for 3 days leave with my company. I informed to Daylen what ideas I have in-mind for my renovation, and he helped me to choose the colours and material for my cabinets and worktop, including the kitchen sink, toilet bowl, etc. Daylen arranged his contractors to carry out the carpentry and plumbing works with minimum hassle. In the end, the kitchen and bathroom turned out exactly what I wanted, from the very beginning.”

“It was reeally lucky of us to chance upon Ernest from Virtuoso and had our whole renovation went so smoothly, well done and completed faster than expected (it was a good thing for excited couples like us :p). Of course, with nothing else being compromised. While hearing stories from people who shared their encounters for slow to no response, delayed timelines, shocking variable costs, etc with their respective IDs, it was naturally for us to feel skeptical and worry about too when choosing our ID. After walking rounds to about 10 firms around Singapore, what me and my spouse think it's important for the renovation/firm/ID is trustworthiness, workmanship, responsiveness and delivering promises. Very much, we are very happy Ernest meets all of them since the first meeting, making us feel comfortable, not pushy, professional and dedicated for his work. Throughout the renovation process, Ernest responses promptly majority of the time (because we have to understand that he may be busy with some other projects sometimes too, but you will not be afraid he runs away haha), keeps you updated daily with pictures of the progress of works done via whatsapp groupchat. We may also visit a shared google drive created by him where he posts the 3Ds we have discussed, ideas we may like, daily updates of the renovation progress, documents signed. It also became so convenient if you like to save these photos in your computer. As my husband is tall at 1.9m, Ernest was also very thoughtful to make our shower screen higher than normal height at about 1.8m, and kitchen table slightly higher but yet also able to accomodate my average height. We are very appreciative of it, as we couldn't imagine the difference having it done normally, and would not feel so worth it done with water splashing out, etc. Ernest and his team was also able to respond and accommodate very well to our queries or any changes made along the way - for example, the colours, material of the carpentry we had in our living room which we couldn't make up our minds to. Ernest also mentioned that each one of their team members keep up to an average of 3 projects per month, adjusted with the size of project (e.g. HDB, condominium, landed, etc), to keep up with the quality and supervisory of each ongoing projects. Me and my spouse totally love the smooth progress and we feel safe having him to handle our home. i guess that's what a true value of having a reliable ID around (; The whole renovation has been very satisfying, reasonably priced with great workmanship! Ernest is also someone who isn't calculative, in terms of monetary or time, though part of business model, profit and loss - for example, consistent responsiveness even when overseas with his family, sending us to nearest bus stop sometimes since the office may be a little difficult in accessing sometimes, and some little touch up items/costs he bought or given us without charging. We are very appreciative but of course should not take it for granted either. Thank you Ernest and your Team for the commendable work done! There may be lack of commendable portions, but yep, till you try them you will get it! It's been about 8 months :p, so I reckon this rating can be validated as well (: Keep it up!”
