It's been a thrill and real pleasure to have had Michelle from Bask Interiors design the interior space of my new home in Yarraville. With not having much know-how about renovating or interior designing, I really did put all of my trust in her skills... and I have not been disappointed. I love the feel of the Nordic style that she has created - the earthy colours really creates such a peaceful place that I love coming home too and never tire of admiring. The process was seamless from the initial planning right through to the final deliveries. Everything is done professionally, efficiently but certainly not hastily. Costs all very reasonable. Nothing really to fault... delighted with it all!

Michelle at Bask Interiors assisted us with our new house from the ground up. Each decision that needed to be made Michelle was involved from the build to the styling. I felt very comfortable that when a decision was made it was the right one when Michelle was involved. She listens to the clients brief so well and comes up with the exact result your looking for. Michelle was amazing to work with on styling our family home. She met all of our objectives, creating a functional yet stylish space with a touch of boho and greenery! Michelle nailed the colour brief, keeping things neutral with oak and tan leather and blue and blush tones. She has gone above and beyond what we every imagined and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! Although our house furnishings are now complete, we continue to work with Michelle on decorating our home and look forward to doing it all again one day!

We recently moved into a townhouse a couple of months ago and the first thing we noticed upon moving in was that all our existing furniture, artwork that we have procured over the years for two previous abodes do not fit or suit the current residence. We faced the all too common choice of “doing it ourselves” or call in a professional interior stylist who we can work with to bring our dream into reality. Armed with a vision and a budget in mind, we set out to find a stylist partner to help us out. Houzz was a great place to start our research journey and this is where we found Michelle from Bask Interiors. After reviewing Michelle’s previous work, both my wife and I felt a “connection” and decided to engage Michelle to help us out. And what an incredibly satisfying journey that has been! Michelle worked with us collaboratively to help bring our vision to life. Bringing in her collaborator Zarina, they were able to interpret our vision into colours, textures, tones and a level of bespokeness that we mere mortals simply aren’t able to put together. In the end, everything fits and flows the way we envisioned (and more!) We are totally satisfied with the finished product. Michelle is also extremely attentive to any feedback or request is tended to expeditiously. We highly recommend Bask Interiors!

Michelle helped me to fully set up my house ,the 'Windsor Residence'. I was a little unsure if a stylist would be 'worth it' - surely I could do it myself from looking in a few magazines? But knowing I don't have a stylish bone in my body, I contacted Michelle and am so glad I did. Michelle has put together a look that suits me completely and that I absolutely adore. I am so happy to come home every day and am proud to have people over. We were able to mix my old pieces with new, and she gave me great options to choose from. I was a bit apprehensive about the cost, but it was very reasonable, when considering both the love I have for the place, and that trade discounts are passed on. So in love with my house, thanks for everything, see you for the next adventure!

We had been living in our house for over 19 years, have renovated twice but not updated for 11 years...the house was painted with different colours in every room very dark and traditional plus the furniture was very out dated, heavy and dark as well and destroyed by the kids! We considered selling as we would go to auctions and see beautiful houses and come home and be so disappointed in ours. We decided to give the house a "facelift" as if we were ever going to sell it we would need to do this anyway, so might as well do now and enjoy all the work and before having to move! Not knowing where to start and being very time poor we asked Michelle to help us, the first project we gave her was our back family/kitchen room, saying we wanted to get rid of all the furniture, light fittings, artwork etc, and make it lighter, brighter and up to date! I still remember the day Michelle installed everything for our back area....I couldn't believe it!!! To be honest I was a bit worried when she had shown me her ideas as liked different pieces but didn't understand how it would all work together! I kept telling myself, we have employed Michelle for her expertise and have to trust in what she is doing....which I am so glad I did!!! We love our back area and love coming home to it!!! So the project then snowballed to the rest of the 1st floor...with Michelle updating our formal lounge, entrance, master bedroom and dining - turning into an office / sitting area which is now used every day where it only had been used once in 19 years as a dining room! The house is completely different, with a light and bright contemporary Scandi interior but still keeping and working with the traditional feel of the house. Michelle was a delight to work with, listening to our likes and dislikes, bringing in a selection of rugs for us to see in our home and choose.... there was nothing she wouldn't do to make sure everything was perfect. All the interior was painted white, including our fireplaces and tiling replaced with beautiful white marble tiles, all light fittings changed and the last project was art work for all the rooms which pushed us out of our comfort zone but so happy with what Michelle put forward as they are pieces we wouldn't have considered but are perfect and we love them!!!! We now want to stay here forever, don't go to auctions and love our house again! THANK YOU MICHELLE!!!!!
