“We hired Hellen Hsieh, the owner of Design Loft Company, to design our 725 sq ft great room addition. We are so incredibly thrilled with the completed project, it is exactly what we had envisioned. Our existing house was a 1200 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The kitchen and living area was very modest. With two teenagers at home, we needed to expand and wanted more room to entertain. When we started the project we were uncertain if we should knock down walls and remodel the current floor plan and add a small addition or keep the footprint of the existing house exactly the same and add on one large great room. We decided to do the later, however, to get to this point, we went through several different renderings. Hellen provided us with many great options and helped us decide what would be the most economical and feasible plan. She was flexible, patient and was great about pointing out the pros and cons of each option. Her interactions with our architect , contractor and cabinet supplier went very smoothly which helped us to meet specific deadlines. Hellen was maticulous when it came to the kitchen cabinets and made sure everything was ordered properly and our custom stain came out exactly how we wanted. As a designer, she is very creative and knowledgeable. She understood the style and feel we were after. More importantly she was very conscious and respectful of our monetary constraints which helped us complete our entire project within budget. What impressed us most was her understanding of the build process: from the contractors needs, the city requirements, realistic costs and time estimates, appliance installation prerequisites and inspection requirements. We couldn't be more pleased with Design Loft and Hellen's professionalism.”

“Alexis has consulted and advise me on several occasions on rooms in my home I was stuck on. I Just did not know how to move forward and make the rooms more inviting. Alexis is like having a very good friend who also happens to have flawless interior design taste, knowledge and can find the most amazing pieces. She picks out pieces that you never would have picked out yourself, but are perfect for you. Alexis can help with one room or help you with an entire home. I recommend working with her and hiring her as an interior designer!" I will definitely use her again and again.”

“I hired this company because I needed help on changing the look of one of the rooms of my house. It is the first room you see when you enter the house. He saw what I had in the way of pictures and that there are a lot of Japanese artifacts in the room. What he came up with was a fresher look to go with my newly refinished hardwood floors. He was very professional and we completed the job in time for my company to come in the next week. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I come up with another project for them to help me with.”

Aelita's thoughtful and pleasant approach to truly making our space comfortable with each inhabitant's style in mind, along with her copious knowledge and explanation of Chinese perspectives, and their practical application for us personally, has made all aspects of consulting with her, thoroughly worthwhile. I have enjoyed working with Aelita over the past several years on annual expectations for home/business, and practical Feng Shui flow of 2 of our homes (as well as one rental property). Not only does she have impeccable taste, she is able to find the happy medium between my husband and me (we have very different views on what we want). She understands clients' needs including style and price points. She has been so accommodating with our schedule - she is more than happy to meet with us late in the evenings or the weekends given our hectic work schedules. “Enotive helped us transform our 70s kitchen into an open and airy floor plan. We weren't sure what the best layout for our kitchen, dining, family room space and didn't want to just blindly jump into remodeling without being able to see the area planned out ahead of time. We worked with Jennifer on the project, and she listened to what we wanted in the space and kept our budget in mind. The 3D rendering helped us play with the design and see what we were getting before making any changes. We ended up with a beautifully updated kitchen, very open and bright floor plan. Our favorite element was removing the smaller kitchen window and patio slider to create a large slider that can open up the entire wall. I highly recommend getting Enotive to help you with the design and planning element.”
