“Mal's vast depth of knowledge , creative flair and attention to detail resulted in a kitchen that surpassed our expectations. All of the costs were itemised clearly from day one, so that there were no nasty surprises along the way , deadlines were all met and Mal was totally hands on in project managing the whole renovation, which grew to include bathrooms and laundry. Our brief to Mal was to create a functional and practical kitchen without unnecessary gadgetry but to bling it up with his signature wow factor, incorporating lighting, colour and printed glass to create a totally unique design- and all of these elements have been beautifully combined to create a stunning space which we love cooking and entertaining in. Family and friends can't believe the transformation and are impressed with the high quality of the cabinetry and overall special effects . Mal's passion and professionalism is second to none and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending his services to anyone.”

“I was very daunted by the task of renovating our 1920’s house, whilst still trying to maintain the classical look of the house. It was a pleasure to work with Marylou. She was professional, displayed a great sense of attention to detail and was mindful of what we wanted. She assisted us in choosing the paint colours, tiles, appliances, fabrics and soft furnishings. She facilitated the process by providing a small choice of what she felt was suitable and took me to shop for appliances and furnishings. I would highly recommend Marylou to anyone in need of refurbishing their home. We have enjoyed living in our home whilst enjoying the practical aspects, too. Bertha Shakinovsky”

“I found Paul from Sharp Design Solutions online whilst looking for black bedroom furniture. Paul was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and assured us that he could work with us to produce what we had in mind. Paul came to our home, had a look at the space, talked to us about the base design we were interested in and worked out the dimensions of each of the pieces we were after and provided us with an initial quote. When it was clear we could not fit one of the pieces up the stairwell, Paul came up with an innovative solution to fix the problem without detracting from the end product. We were pleasantly surprised how reasonable the original and revised quotes were and happy to go ahead. Paul gave us an indicative timeframe as to when we could expect to take delivery of our new furniture, and to our surprise it was ready for delivery when he said it would be! Delivery was arranged to suit our busy schedules and we were absolutely delighted with the end result. It was everything we had envisaged! The quality of the furniture was better than what we had seen in furniture shops and it met, even exceeded, our needs and expectations Paul has made the whole experience easy and we would be happy to recommend Paul and Sharp Design Solutions to anyone!”

“Kathy really listened to what we wanted and worked hard to find the right look that would reflect our personality, tastes and lifestyle- she "got" us. “I hired Anna from McMillan Design in 2018 to renovate my bathroom in my studio apartment in Glebe, and the finished result was not only immaculate but impressive. Anna provides an excellent service and truly looks after her clients. Not only does she go above and beyond assembling a team of trustworthy, hard working individuals but she also ensures every step of the way your satisfaction and approval. Naturally as unforeseen issues popped up she was able to deal with them swiftly and efficiently ensuring the project remained on track. Above all, McMillan Design provided me with not only a fully functional and spunky new bathroom design, but also a wonderful, collaborative experience. “Hannah has an amazing eye and excellent taste. She has a keen ability to visualise what colours, styles and textures work best together and then she delivers on this vision. We had some idea of what we were looking for in terms of furnishing and 'dressing' our new home and Hannah helped us refine this. Her attention to detail and her intuitive understanding of what her clients want is very impressive. She works tirelessly to find just the right piece of furniture, light fitting, rug etc to complete a room perfectly.
