“Gillian is a very approachable designer who really takes the time to learn what your style likes and dislikes are. She provides names and contacts of reliable tradies and firms, and is involved in the process all the way. It was Gillian who introduced me to the fabulous Houzz site, and together we built up a style file for the lounge area and the bathroom and powder room. She was able to liaise with the plumber so that we could understand what he meant with all the technical specs, and went around with him to make sure we were getting what we wanted when he came to measure and quote. Although we have not yet started the bathroom renovation, we have updated our kitchen dining area and it looks fantastic. I thoroughly recommend her services.”

The creative designer was extremely thorougher, never rushed us, gave us all the time we needed and worked within our budget. “I found Paul from Sharp Design Solutions online whilst looking for black bedroom furniture. Paul was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and assured us that he could work with us to produce what we had in mind. Paul came to our home, had a look at the space, talked to us about the base design we were interested in and worked out the dimensions of each of the pieces we were after and provided us with an initial quote. When it was clear we could not fit one of the pieces up the stairwell, Paul came up with an innovative solution to fix the problem without detracting from the end product. We were pleasantly surprised how reasonable the original and revised quotes were and happy to go ahead. Paul gave us an indicative timeframe as to when we could expect to take delivery of our new furniture, and to our surprise it was ready for delivery when he said it would be!
