“Tania did an incredible job with my bathroom remodel. I didn't believe it was possible to make my bathroom feel so big and open. It always felt like someone had taken a closet and turned it into a bathroom. We couldn't move any walls or anything, so we were worried we'd spend all this money and end up with a prettier "closet bathroom", but once we saw the 3D design Tania came up with, we knew she could pull it off. And the final result was even better. Tania was so detailed about everything.... from the way the tile patterns were laid out to coordinate with each other, to the depth of the bidet and toilets and the location of the plumbing pipes to take advantage of every inch of space, even just moving the door location.... things we would have never considered to make the space feel bigger. She even gave me more storage than I thought was possible! My husband and I are so, so happy with our bathroom. we will definitely be working with Koda Interiors again! Loved every minute of working with them! Very professional, stuck to the budget and no surprises!”

“Two years ago, I hired Bill McWhorter for a drought-tolerant design in the front yard of my Cottage-style house. His design was inspired. He used the plants, one tree, and decomposed granite to create pretty welcoming shapes, winding pathways, and strategically placed spiky succulents and bougainvillea to add to the security of potential break-in points - an added bonus. The best part was the relaxed feeling that we continue to get as we walk through, brushing the plants - the salvia clevalandii and varieties of lavender release fragrance all year long, making it a complete experience. Also the drought-tolerant plants were surprising - the hot pink flowers from the Calandrinia, and the gigantic succulent blooms continue to amaze. I couldn't recommend Bill more highly - he's an artist with a master's eye. But be forewarned: a drought tolerant garden takes as much maintenance as a lawn, and a lot more knowledge. Hire Bill. You won't be disappointed.”

He has this special computer program that creates a 3d image of each room, thats helps to picture it all perfectly.
