“I first hired Joanne at Billyhoo to help me plan how to use the space in my lounge dining kitchen areas for a full renovation of my townhouse. She listened to all my ideas and concerns and came up with an excellent plan, the design theme and the colour scheme. I was so relieved to find someone who listened and was respectful of my ideas. She then developed a kitchen plan - see the photo. I love my new kitchen. It has transformed my living space. Joanne is now helping me plan a new bathroom and laundry sympathetic to the kitchen. What I appreciate most is her ability to draw out my ideas and put them into a concrete design, that I can contact her with issues along the way and that she came with me to choose some products eg the beautiful tiles in my kitchen splashback. My friends are so impressed with my renovations and how she helped me use the limited space in a townhouse. Thanks.”
