Recently I had my laundry and onsuite renovated. I am very pleased with the results. Steve always arrived on time, he was always very professional and checked all work done by the other tradesmen. I would highly recommend him to others.

We engaged Steve last year to upgrade our 1970's Bathrooms. Steve was professional and dedicated from the start, offering suggestions as to how we could bring the project to our budget. Once work commenced, it is obvious that Steve is dedicated to each project and very good with his communication with regards to Progress & where decisions need to be made. Steve works with his close team of Sub-Contractors, who were all of the same professional standards as himself. We would recommend Steve to anyone who wants to upgrade their Bathrooms.

I met Steve recently when I was hired to photograph a project in Toorak. His designs were very striking and Steve was friendly and professional. I look forward to working with him in the future.

I had a good experience with Steve Condell on an earlier project so he was my immediate choice for the design and build of this kitchen project for my elderly mother. Steve takes into account a client's needs, physical circumstances and budget and he gently introduced us to some contemporary elements which will benefit us when we choose to sell in the future. His cabinetry/joinery work is meticulous. He has a good sense of style and an eye for colour. Steve communicated with us well and in a timely manner. This project was a very positive experience and I am happy to recommend Condell Design.

We were extremely impressed by Steve from Condell Design and Associates. From the moment work started (on time) to the conclusion of works, nothing was too much trouble. Steve project managed our renovation. He installed all our kitchen cabinetry, custom made cabinetry to fit new wardrobes and storage, did some carpentry and plastering work, and demolished some brick internal walls, as well as organizing the tiler, electrician and plumber. He was fabulous all round! Everything is perfect, nothing was too much trouble and he knew everything about everything. I have already recommended him to family and friends and will definitely be using him in the future!

Steve Condell renovated our kitchen during March-April 2015. He provided all the services needed to ensure a complete result for a great new kitchen including the management of all suppliers and tradespeople needed for various specialist components of the renovation; all of whom were excellent. Steve also made sure that the extras which made for a finished job just happened, e.g. installation of new floor boards to accommodate new kitchen design as well as coordinating the re-polishing of new and existing floor boards in the whole living area as part of the project rather than leaving this to us to do post renovation. Steve provided a highly courteous and responsive service which included the kitchen design, advice on materials and colours, installation, access to excellent tradespeople and suppliers, and complete clean up of the site. His attention to detail was evident throughout the renovation. The site was maintained in a very tidy state throughout which was greatly appreciated as we continued to live on site during the renovation. Steve has also been very responsive to any questions or issues that have arisen subsequent to the completion of the renovation. I highly recommend Condell Design.

I've used Steve on several occasions for new build requests as well as existing maintenance and each time he's workmanship, quality and professionalism is outstanding.
