Danielle Louis is the owner and creative drive behind the business. Originally a Sydney girl, she traveled to London where she continued her career and passion for design remaining there for 14 years. She has formal qualifications from Central St Martin’s Art College London which is renowned as one of the most prestigious art and design universities in the world. Her inspiration has been drawn from her many years of living abroad whether that be Europe, the Middle East as well as various locations in Australia. She settled in Brisbane in 2009 to make it her home and is ready to assist with all your design needs! Interior design, cosmetic refurbishment, home styling, colour consultations, furniture packages, window treatments are just a few of the many services provided by Dani Louis Design. I love to help my clients achieve their full potential with their own homes, investment properties or for sale. Other clients need only require some guidance/ consultation on a design they already have in progress. Being in collaboration with my clients is something I thoroughly enjoy. We asked Dani to help us to renovate and style the entranceway to our home, it was a bit of a disaster of multiple materials - exposed brick, slate, diagonal VJ timber, timber slats, tiles - you name it - so were very lost with what to do with it. Dani listened to our ideas and has changed the whole area to make much more sense - from the first vision she sent us we were in love and are now incredibly happy with the end result. Industrial glam - if there is such a thing! Dani's enthusiasm is infectious and she definitely made the process a lot more fun. Thanks Dani we can't wait to see what you do with the next area of the house!

We hired Dani to redesign our outdoor deck and pool area and we love the results! I now have a lovely place to relax, the best spot in the house. Dani worked really well to show us her vision by using mood boards and sent us detailed excel cost breakdown so we could track expenditure. The outdoor area flows seamlessly and is complementary from the deck to the pool. Dani brings great energy and experience to her projects, I won’t buy anything without running it by her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nervously I searched for a designer to help me rejuvenate my lounge room.Over the years I have bumbled on making purchases and hoping for the best. Sometimes okay, sometimes not. I found Dani on this site and arranged a meeting. Dani was like a breath of fresh air. She listened to me, nursed me through my anxieties and recommended carpet, furniture and accessories which suited my existing items which I wanted to keep. The room I now have, mid-century modern I believe it's called, which matches the style of home, is open, calming and yet shuzzy (is that a word?). She was generous with her time and did a lot of shopping arriving with armfuls of cushions etc., so that we could play and decide on the best options. She was mindful of my budget and actually saved me some money by purchasing some things which were on special. We met at the beginning of November and the job was completed 2nd week in January. She worked through the Xmas break and was always available to discuss things, day or night. I would highly recommend her. She's skillfull, and great fun.

Dani is a super star - styling, decorating and modifying our house in good time and in line with our styles, while also finding ways to stretch the budget. We engaged Dani to help us fill a new house when we had come from a significantly smaller apartment. So it was like a blank canvas for us and seemingly a large job, however Dani took control and divided the project up into sections so that nothing was overwhelming and we were able to focus on the major rooms and areas first, and it always felt like we were making positive and swift headway. Dani's design fees are reasonable and she knows where to look to meet or come in under your budget. Her enthusiasm is infectious which really helps to get the job done in a quick and fun way.
