We hired Lisa in the summer of 2019 to assist with a major renovation of our main floor. Lisa has a wonderful personality, and she handles her job with great sophistication. It is with great happiness and joy that we write this testimonial for Lisa and her team. When we bought our condo apartment right by Lake Ontario, we were both excited that we now had just the place to retire in. But soon after we felt our home was missing the “WOW” factor and required the expertise of an interior decorator who could work this magic for us on a budget. While Lisa has definite opinions in regard to all decor related issues she listens to her clients and worked hard to understand our needs. She is a great person and very comfortable to work with. It was so much fun working with Lisa from picking a colour scheme to furniture selection, lighting, painting, tiling and accessories. Since I am asthmatic she and her team worked away on all the messy stuff, while we were on holiday. Her desire to provide good value to her clients was apparent in her record keeping and time management right through this project . The true testament to her talent is when relatives and friends who visit our renovated home are in awe of the transformation. And all this was done under budget.

(We recently had a large renovation done to our 1947 bungalow which is 2,400 sq ft and had already had a few additions back in the late 1970s. We tore down numerous load bearing walls, tore out two wood burning fireplaces, tore down the exterior chimney, cut out new windows, installed a new kitchen, moved HVAC, moved gas lines, installed 2,400 sq ft of new hardwood and re-did two staircases). Lisa consulted as a second opinion on the new kitchen design while still in the draft/drawing stage. Lisa recommended changes to the kitchen design--we went with Lisa's changes and are so happy we did!! Lisa consulted on the placement of the new gas fireplace, chose tiles, backsplash, paint colours, chose furniture, carpets, and chose the stunning colour of our new kitchen island. Lisa's attention to detail was outstanding and her breadth of knowledge in all aspects of home renovation was phenomenal. Importantly, when our hardwood installer that we personally hired quit during the demolition phase, Lisa immediately sourced two outstanding contractors to complete that job (one to install 2,400 sq ft of engineered flooring, and the other to gut and re-do two staircases)!! We reached out to Lisa after seeing a home she was working on with our builder. We were pleased how Lisa was able to “get” our style through speaking with us and seeing some photos we had saved. We were building a modern home but didn’t want it to feel cold and Lisa was fantastic at bringing that vision to life. As we got more comfortable with each other, Lisa did much of the leg work in shopping for tiles, countertops, plumbing fixtures and lights but I never felt left out of the process as she checked in regularly and gave us a few options to choose from (but not too many!). She was also very helpful in designing and coordinating the millwork and eventually pulling it all together with furniture and accessories too. We are thrilled with the finished product and feel that it really suits our family and is even better than the vision we had. Lisa was fantastic to work with – very responsive, professional and practical – highly recommend.

We selected Frahm Interiors after meeting with multiple other designers because Lisa was the most professional, and she understood our needs. Lisa designed our entire main level by reconfiguring it to make it more functional for our family. She provided detailed drawings for us and our contractor. Lisa was available to us when we needed her, as we were on a tight timeline. Lisa was very efficient with her time, we were able to select mostmos our finishes in one meeting. Lisa was able to work within our budget and delivered a final product that was not only to our taste but also exceeded our expectations. Lisa quickly got to know us, our preferences and esthetic sense. She developed a beautiful design for renovating our bathroom, helped us source materials, and worked effectively with our contractor when necessary. Her design is lovely, and also a good fit with our budget. Every day I use the newly completed bathroom, I appreciate how beautiful it is. We will be happy to work with Lisa again when it is time to renovate other areas in our house.

When my husband and I decided to renovate our home we obviously had some big decisions to make. One of them was to find just the right person to help us make our home exactly that. Our home. We were in the dark as to where to find an interior designer so we searched Houzz and liked Frahm Interiors page. We liked Lisa instantly and felt she would be a good fit. We have learned from such a big renovation that much doesn’t go according to plan. This didn’t apply to Frahm Interiors. Our interior designer, Lisa Frahm, actually came under budget and over exceeded our enthusiasm for the final product. She’s extremely good at reading the client and producing an environment of top quality design by finding the best deals on the market. She’s extremely honest, hard working and reliable. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and creative when helping us re-design our bathrooms and kitchen. Our home is very old, with many quirks and of course - we didn't have an unlimited budget. Lisa recommended and worked closely with our contractors to come up with solutions to achieve functional AND beautiful spaces in a cost-effective manner.
