“Sarah and Emily from Greenwood's Home are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I purchased an apartment in Brisbane whilst living in another state. I tasked Sarah and Emily with not only coming up with an overall look and feel but also sourcing all the furniture and accessories needed for the apartment. I was regularly sent photos and information about potential furnishings for me to approve or not. Where I didn't like something, I was always offered alternatives and the idea was worked through until I was satisfied with the final product. “Dani has a wonderful sense of design. Her skill and attention to detail ensured that our home looks wonderful. Dani is VERY punctual which is unusual for a lot of designers (based on past experiences with others). If she says she will be at yours at a particular time, she is a little early !! She is also a very good mediator in marital disputes, as such disputes arise in the design process !!! Our project was unfortunately drawn out a lot longer than expected due to COVID, and some pieces of furniture took a long time. However such circumstances were beyond Dani's control and she constantly kept us updated and was in regular contact with suppliers on our behalf. Overall we were impressed with her design flair, her vibrant personality, her time management, and the overall beautifully aesthetic result achieved for our home.”

“We are a couple aged in our eighties and, in recent times, made the very difficult decision to downsize and move into a Retirement Village as we do not have children to look after our interests in our old age. The enormity of this project was overwhelming - especially with regard to making decisions on what furniture to keep and what to sell, décor, etc. We had a number of large antique items and were moving into a small unit. Fortunately an acquaintance of ours referred us to Joanne Byrom who made life very easy for us. As we were extremely busy preparing our home for sale and had no time to search for furniture, Joanne made a number of visits to our new unit, measured wall space, recommended keeping some of our antique furniture, and mixing it with more modern items. Joanne ordered the new furniture and also arranged drapes and blinds and selected the colour scheme. We sold our home in record time and, thanks to Joanne, made a smooth transition into our new unit. A number of friends have visited us at our new abode and have made some very complimentary remarks on the décor. We would recommend Joanne to any potential client.”
