This service is suited to new build projects as well as renovations. · Interior Colours Only – $395 · Exterior Colours Only – $395 · Interior & Exterior Colours – $645 Interior Design A comprehensive design service tailored specifically to your needs. This is best suited to more complex renovations or new build projects. We offer a staged process so you can choose the level of our involvement, although more often than not we are appointed throughout the project to ensure everything runs like clockwork. · Concept Development – after an initial on site consultation to discuss your specific needs, we prepare an overall vision board for the space/s together with a floor plan, material samples and budget estimate. · Detailed Documentation – following approval of the concept design, we produce detailed CAD drawings and specifications. This is a vital step to ensure that joinery is designed to your exact specifications and can also help alleviate costly variations on site. · Construction Period – we’ll be on hand to visit site during the building process to ensure everything is progressing smoothly. · Furniture and Styling – we provide expert guidance on selecting furniture, soft furnishings, art and accessories to complete your finished space/s (passing on trade discounts of between 10-30% where applicable).
