She is incredibly talented, professional, insightful and has attention to detail which makes me look like a genius. Jo spent the time in the beginning getting to know our family of 5 and how we wanted to live and what was important to us making everyone in the family (including the dog) feel as though they had an important role to play in the house. She saved us thousands of dollars by bringing clarity to what we were trying to achieve in a small amount of time, allowing us to take advantage of her trade discounts, organising deliveries, saving us time by not having to go look at furniture/tile/floorboard/carpet/paint/curtain, etc shops every weekend so we could enjoy time with our family. She also came up with the most creative of idea for a supporting beam in the middle of our kitchen, a bookshelf feature which I absolutely love. Jo helped us from the design phase, navigating the builder and trades, all the way to the furniture including timing everything perfectly for when we moved in. She held our hand through the entire process, I would never attempt another renovation without Jo's help. Thank you so much Jo for all you have done for our family, we very much appreciate this beautiful space you have created for us in our dream home!

We recently had a great experience working with Joanne. Never thought our house could look the way it does now! She took the time to understand our needs and what we aimed to achieve while working well within our budget. After going through her design concepts which she provided fairly quickly after the first meeting, we simply purchased the recommended items off the 'shopping list'...it was that easy! Jo recently helped us concept a kitchen and living room reno which has yet to be started (due to trades quoting). It has been so wonderful to be able to visualise the finalised rooms and keep that concept in mind whilst selecting permanent fixtures.. quite reassuring when making big decisions... Jo and her team at Issy and H Creative are the best. I bought a new home recently and initially thought I would get her help on just the downstairs living spaces. I didn't know what I wanted but Jo listened to how I live and what's important to me. She then designed the spaces to not only look beautiful, but also fit my lifestyle perfectly. So, I decided to get her to help with the bedrooms and bathrooms. Again, she did a fantastic job. She presented each space with pictures of what it could look like and included each item and where it could be sourced. I do not have the time nor the inclination to shop in store or online so Jo did that for me as well. What a blessing that was. Jo co-ordinated all the delivery and installation where required. I didn’t need to do anything other than enjoy the result. As I am a keen traveller, she managed to integrate various mementos from my trips but still made them fit into place and work perfectly with the rest of the design. This brings back so many fond memories of past travels. I am very thankful to Jo and the team for giving me a beautiful home.

I couldn’t have been happier with the home makeover service provided by Jo. Professional and extremely personable, Jo enabled me to see my home from a different perspective. Instead of the all over makeover, I thought it needed; Jo saw the potential in what we already had.
