Jane Lineham is an award-winning, renowned interior designer, whose signature classic style, has earned her a loyal clientele across Australia and New Zealand. Jane Lineham Interiors was founded in New Zealand after Jane's retail store, Sassini Interiors, saw her gain increasing demand for her interior design services. She eventually closed her retail division after 10 years to focus exclusively on designing beautiful and unique spaces for her clients. Now based in Sydney and with over 21 years' experience, Jane Lineham Interiors provides a full range of interior design services for clients in both Australia and New Zealand. Her interior design portfolio is diverse and includes - restful country homes, simple beachside retreats, elegant city apartments, as well as prestigious commercial spaces. Jane has a Diploma in Professional Interior Design, has won business awards and has regularly featured in design media. Trends and fashion are constantly changing, but restrained, elegant and classical interior design remains timeless - a philosophy that Jane applies to each project she works on. Jane has mastered the art of tastefully pulling ideas together while maintaining quality and functionality. Jane thrives on creating spaces that her clients find a joy to spend time in. By really listening to her clients and keeping their vision at the forefront of each project, Jane is able to create spaces that are a true reflection of her clients' individual styles and personalities.

We have had the pleasure of working with Jane on a number of new build projects and remodelling schemes over the past 10 years. We have always been most impressed with her ability to listen to our brief and to turn it into reality, on time and on budget She offers a wealth of experience regarding interior design and has a real flair with colours, fabrics, fixtures and fittings creating high end, timeless designs In particular we appreciate her integrity, attention to detail and communication skills She is a true professional and we would recommend her services without reservation Vince & Kathy Moores Te Henui Manor Fairway Viillas Te Araii Lodge

When we built our home some years ago we engaged the services of Jane as our interior designer. Her expertise, ability to know what we wanted (sometimes before we did!), friendliness and professionalism were outstanding. Jane steered us in the right direction and we have a home that we are very proud of. Nothing was too much trouble. We wish her well in her new venture in Sydney.

I had the pleasure of working with Jane in her very successful New Plymouth, NZ based interior design business. During my time assisting Jane I was constantly impressed with her genuine interest in people and design. Jane is a very clever, capable designer who understands the essential elements of interior design. She will deliver on budget her client’s vision with a design edge that only comes from years of experience. Jane’s friendly nature comes to the fore when interacting with people, she has a relaxed confident, professional manner putting the client at ease.

Jane put together a number of room interiors for our 1920s two storied character home. Elegant and stylish but not predictable looks for each room meant we received lots of positive feedback about what we had done. Everything flowed beautifully and it was lovely to live in. Jane was great to work with. Practical,pleasant and a good listener who got how we wanted to live and helped us achieve a Comfortable elegant and welcoming home.

Jane provided interior and exterior designs for three of our houses, two of which are rented but needed a significant upgrade due to their age. The other house was the one we lived in. Each house was different and required different degrees of design. We loved Jane's ideas but also her practicality when it came to budget time. We were gently coached a little out of our comfort zone, which we really appreciated and realized her advice was on the mark after each project was completed. When we moved to Australia we asked Jane for project management support for significant repairs, such was our trust in Jane. We wish her well in Australia and know her new clients will be very pleased having her onboard.

Jane is the best interior designer that I have worked along side, she listens to our clients needs and does exactly what THEY want. I have worked with interior designers in the past who do the same colors etc job after job, Jane does not do that. She is a lovely person to work with and a total professional at what she does.
