My husband and I had been updating the colour scheme throughout our home and were having trouble with the feature wall in our master bedroom. We wanted to change it to light grey from a dark purple, but couldn't seem to get it right. 6 sample pots of paint later and we still couldn't figure out what was wrong. Enter Katie: she had a look and within seconds, said we had tried all cool tones and needed something warmer with a brown undertone. I balked initially, but she said "trust me, it won't look brown on the wall", she pointed out a colour on the chart and advised me to try something like that. We bought a sample pot of that exact colour, and - hey presto - our feature wall is now painted in it! She'd picked it perfectly. We're so happy with it now and very thankful for her help.
