“I used JLA Interiors with my new build at the mid north coast whilst residing in Sydney. As difficult as this endeavour already was, covid hit, throwing another massive spanner into the works. Jen was so ridiculously helpful in this whole process. Understanding the travel restrictions, Jen went above and beyond, visiting the suppliers herself, trying to match what I had communicated to her via Zoom. One really needs to try and do this to understand how difficult it really is. Not only did Jen manage to get what I had envisioned right, her suggestions on what would compliment my choices were great and I couldn't be happier. There was also a misunderstanding with my tiler, with him having the colour scheme incorrect. After raising it with Jen, the issue was rectified almost as quickly as it was raised. I'm super happy with the final result. Overall I found Jen to be polite, helpful, understanding and her correspondence was always clear and prompt.
