“Clare Pullen Designs designed a new study for our family last year. We had several requirements for the room: it needed to provide more storage for our household, as well as be able to be used by two household members at the same time. Clare provided us with a mood board to illustrate the colour scheme and a floor plan of cupboards, counter, and other storage elements. She recommended suppliers to help keep our costs down. Her detailed advice guided us as we undertook the renovation ourselves. The final result has provided necessary storage and a room set out to enable both our daughter and her father computer time. The office also looks fantastic with its contrast of white walls and white cupboard doors against the dark wood look of the cupboard shell and flooring. Overall, Clare has an "eye" and an ability to update the look of any room in an economical and practical way. Trust her judgement!”

“We hired Adela to help us source key pieces of furniture for a newly purchased double storey house in 2019. There were two reasons I hired Adela, the first being I wanted access to furniture which was not on my limited radar (such as Ikea/Harvey Norman), and secondly I needed some custom design work to convert a bedroom into a study, along with a walk in closet redesign. For the first point, I did not want my home to have a specific store feel, for example an Ikea home. Adela is very friendly and she helped discern our taste and style before reverting with an idea board for each of the rooms. Adela managed to match and source furniture which fit our then determined 'modern minimalist' style and most importantly, budget. I still get compliments on the sofa and minimalist extendable dining table to date. For the second point, I gave Adela a challenge in that I wanted my study to be minimalistic, with a table that did not have unnecessary drawers or support legs. Adela managed to design it and get it built, with the resulting floating table looking stunning. The matching floating cupboards which matched the existing house's inbuilt carpentry was icing on the cake. Adela also managed to source a carpenter to maximise the walk in closet's awkward space to include more drawers and extra hanging space, which I am very happy about. I thoroughly recommend Adela's interior services.”
