This project started as a kitchen renovation idea back in early 2020, covid hit and delayed the start until Sept 2022. This then turned into a whole house update with a new kitchen/lounge, home office, powder room including painting and floors throughout. To say this was a transformation is an understatement! This is not a project that could have been achieved without Mariana’s vision and amazing trades. There were lots of delays…materials, trade availability, weather…and at one point i never thought it would be finished!!!...but Mariana kept things as on track as possible and it was all totally worth it in the end. Lets just say loving living in the “new” house! Thank Mariana.

Working with Mariana from Mild Designz was an absolute delight as not only is she the most professional Project Manager but her attention to detail and ability to maintain strict time lines was excellent. Our kitchen renovation was completed seamlessly due to her efficiency with minimum fuss, minimum mess in our home and the finished product exceeded our expectation! The initial consultation was detailed with follow up meetings, sketches, choosing of materials and costings until we agreed on the final design. Mariana is very aware of her clients budgets so will not push anything that they cannot afford. We always found the best alternatives without jeopardizing quality. Nothing was too difficult even though I had many questions and small changes to be made! Every couple of days I would get a progress report and a plan for the following weeks work to be done. All Trades were of a high standard, courteous and friendly and they all spoke highly of Mariana too! A comment I heard frequently was that "we love working with Mariana as she has the whole project timed to the minute, we know exactly what we need to do, where we need to be and she is very professional"! On completion all rubbish was removed and the work spaced and surrounding area cleaned until it was gleaming. I would highly recommend Mild Designz and if I could give 10 stars I would!

Glad the process was not overwhelming as we always try to make the experience with the least amount of distruption as possible so you can still live in your home whilst a major renovation takes place. Mariana worked with us to renovate our bathroom in 2020 and we had such a positive experience that we reached out to her again for our next project. Marianna is always professional and friendly and really understood the look we were trying to achieve. She has a great network of tradespeople who were always on time and and did a wonderful job. She personally checked on progress and quality and resolved any issues quickly and always kept us in the loop. We ended up with a fantastic result and Mariana made the project trouble free and we can't speak highly enough of the service we received. We have no hesitation in recommending Mild Designz for any home improvement project.

I wanted to update my family home and sought the advice of Mild Designz. It was such a pleasure having Mariana in my home. Mariana was very professional she listened thoughtfully to my ideas and offered advice, she was able to put my ideas and dreams of how I wanted my home to look, so very happy with the results. Her trades staff were very pleasant considering we were in the throes of Covid, it was an extremely stressful time for all concerned. I loved her ideas and the designing that she did for my bedroom, lounge room and study. I felt very confident in having Mariana as my contractor during this time as she took my stress away and gave me the assurances that I needed. I would definitely recommend Mariana as a fantastic builder to upgrade your home with. She gives considered, thoughtful and knowledgeable advice and has great taste. I will definitely use her services again in future. She installed new double glazed windows in our californian bungalow and replaced all the front weatherboards and painted the whole house. There was one issue with (reasonably small) incorrect estimates for the weatherboards and work required although Mariana was good with communicating this and doing her best to minimise the impact for us.

We hired Mild Designz (Mariana) to complete our 2 bathroom & laundry renovation and couldn't be happier with the outcome of all 3 rooms. Renovations are never easy (especially in older houses) and along the way there are guaranteed to be speed humps. What we appreciated most was open & honest 2 way conversation and a willingness from Mariana and her trades to always come up with the best solution and/or fix. Mariana's trades are all amazing. They are all really easy to deal with and all very, very good, we couldn't recommend any of them more highly & enjoyed their company whilst they worked away in our home. Managing the very high expectations of her clients can't be easy but Mariana does it with aplomb, always willing to fix any issue with a can do attitude (even if it means up-setting her trades:) ). We couldn't recommend Mariana (Mild Designz) and her trades team more highly. We just love our new bathrooms and laundry.

Mariana did an amazing job converting out pool house into a dance studio. The beautiful mirrors and floors make the space look like a professional studio. We can also draw curtians accross the mirrors and use the space as for dinner parties or pool parties on the waterproof floors. I chose Mariana from Mild Designz to undertake some renovations in my apartment last month. When interviewing companies, what drew me to Mariana was not only her attention to detail, but the fact that she also had an eye for design given her background. And I was not disappointed. She took care of the project management of the renovation as well as organising items, and keeping her trades and the project on track and on time, checking in with me everytime something was found or a decision had to be made. And in the end, I now have an apartment with a stunning new bathroom, a facelift for the toilet, and an enhancement of the kitchen, not to mention other items including new powerpoints and repaired damage. We hired Mariana for our bathroom renovation and she provided both design and project management from start to finish, including advice on fittings and tiles. We had some issues of course, as with any renovation, but these were all resolved very quickly as Mariana was able to liasise with all of her trades to find solutions. Tradies were great, they turned up every day as per the plan and Mariana kept us informed every step of the way. The bathroom was completed on the scheduled date, the worksmanship is top notch and we can't recommend Mariana highly enough. We are extremely happy with the end result, Marianna had a clear idea of the vision we had for our bathroom and delivered exactly what we hoped for.
