“How do I describe in words the sheer brilliance of what Kate and her team do. We had purchased an off the plan apartment, anticipating a wonderful space for the exorbitant price we paid. But, when we got the apartment, we were so severely disappointed with it's drabness and its tininess. That's where Kate came in. We'd never dealt with an interior decorator before and were initially quite skeptical, and questioned her every step of the way. But her patience, her involvement and her pure charm got us to sign on the dotted line, and we haven't regretted it for one second. Our apartment now looks like something out of MTV Cribs but for an absolute steal! Her ability to tie in eclectic pieces with our modern tastes, her eye for detail and out-of-the-box thinking, and most of all, her extremely involved and extremely patient ( I mean, 'suffer-through-800-inane-questions-and-emails' level of patience) meant we barely had to lift a finger in the transformation of our apartment from sad to sensational. I could not have even remotely imagined anything so beautiful and breath-taking, and yet so effortless and everything we had wanted! But most importantly she is aware that people have budgets, in my case not very large ones, so she was able to give me a range of ideas that I can implement now, or wait to save a bit and implement later. I have been in contact with interior designers before and they think money is no object. Clare understood exactly what my project required and was very sensitive to helping me achieve it with my constraints.
