As an emergent, energetic and confident firm, Space Currency is a Melbourne interior concept design practice priding itself on its tenacity and zeal for achieving floor plans and layouts that transcend mere utility. That is - producing designs that are not only functional, practical and economical but that also genuinely enhance the physical and psychological wellbeing of its occupants. Space Currency understands that the spaces we occupy, live and work in help shape who we are and determine how we feel and that achieving the optimum plan is paramount. As such, the firm’s approach is one which is genuinely empathetic, ethical and client-centric above all else. Space Currency works with its clients to really understand their needs and articulate them into the best possible layout plan without comprising wants and budget. Space Currency is lead by Dina Kalpouzos. Dina’s passion for design and layout was apparent from an early age when she would spend hours sketching and rearranging the furniture in her bedroom in her native Greece. Having later returned to Australia, this passion continued to evolve into a love for real estate and a flair for detail. Dina is at her happiest and most passionate when she is working with her clients, many of whom she now considers friends.
