In this situation the property was a partially renovated weatherboard cottage on acreage with beautiful views. She works closely with the client to remove what is not working, highlights the pieces which stand out and then builds on that with any other additions required. She makes it all work together to maximises the positive features and downplay any flaws. She has great people skills, and is able to work within any situation.
