About Us

Weaver Interiors has been in operation for over 50 years, servicing mostly the North Shore as Interior Design specialists. There is another side to the business, Weaver Designer Furnishings, run by Rob Glasson to import furnishing fabrics from around the world. We are the sole Australian supplier of Vano Fabrics from Belgium, Camato Fabrics from Austria, Horsehair and Hopke outdoor fabrics from Germany Err Err fabric from Italy. Weaver's own collection includes silk from India, Country Cottons from Italy and 300cm wide fabric from Spain. Weaver Interiors has always prided ourselves on delivering the client's expectations. When a project is finished we like to hear our client's friends, say "it is just you". I don't want to hear 'Weaver's have been here'. It is your expression, not ours.

Awards

Weaver Interiors won the Australian Designer of the Year twice through Tom Terry, a magical designer from the 80's. Other than my client's delight, I have never sought awards.

Professional Information

Weaver Interiors takes pride in delivering our clients' dreams. I studied Interior Design at Tafe, then moved to Brisbane where I opened Ascot Living in Racecourse Road Ascot. After 10 years sold this business to my first work experience assistant, who still runs Ascot Living today. Weaver Interiors was started by Peter Weaver in the 60's he later moved to the Gold Coast. Brian and Michelle Pymble took it over then and I purchased the business after they retired in about 1998.

We worked together with Tina from Weaver interiors on a project earlier in the year and she had excellent design advice for our client, and helped make the renovation a huge success with an outstanding end result for a happy customer, would happily work together with Tina again in the future.

Tina Glasson (Weaver Interiors) once again showed her expertise in design, choice of materials and colours which she used in my new kitchen. Tina managed this Project in her usual professional manner making sure all items quoted were installed as promised.
