“I think what makes Jaime Brennan such a great architect is that he truly listens. He has delivered what we asked for, actually our home is more beautiful than we imagined. He knows his stuff so we got through Council quickly, which isn't typical of a strawbale development application in the Blue Mountains. The home that we have built together is beautiful, practical and comfortable. Jaime has project managed for us and we have stayed within budget. There has been a lot to handle and throughout the build Jaime has been a great communicator. He has often suggested alternatives that made our home more comfortable, practical, environmentally appropriate or more economical to build and we are so grateful for that. Jaime also helped us select a great builder. We couldn't be happier with our experience and we are really excited to move in to our home in a few weeks time.”

“Jess and Tristan are both extremely professional and a joy to work with. They came to our house to meet personally to discuss our needs and look at the property.They were extremely honest with their quote and were able to explain to us exactly what we would be able to do within our budget. Every step of the way they were friendly, helpful, and were able to keep our minds at rest by emailing us updates. After it was all over we were able to extend our loungeroom out and raise the ceiling. If we ever need help with an extension (or even a new house!) again we will definitely be giving them another call. Thanks guys!”

“LocalArchitect did a great and professional job of renovating my inner city converted shop. Their services included a rebuild of the kitchen, both bathrooms, laundry and adding a guest room. With some clever ideas, they transformed what was a very narrow long space beside a laneway into something light and airy using gorgeous timbers. Definitively recommend them.”

“Hayley Hill was engage by us to design an extension to our existing home. The brief was for an additional bedroom, and expanded kitchen and meals area with outdoor alfresco area. The design she came up with was outstanding with a pavilion for the new bedroom with ensuite connected by glass walkway to the existing house. The kitchen was large airy and bathed in light. With excellently designed cupboards and bench space. I like the way Hayley used the landscape to take in all the natural colours we used in the exterior and interior of the house and the way she designed the house to get maximum light in winter and shade for summer. We owner built our extension and Hayley was excellent to work with she provided advice on interior design, colours, PC items giving the whole dwelling an extra edge. She was extremely easy to communicate with and always helpful. We would highly recommend Haley to anyone in designing their next project.”

“Ross Young designed our two storey extension - garage below, bedroom ensuite and walk in wardrobe above. I can thoroughly recommend Ross's work. I have an 1920s very basic timber cottage built originally as a kiosk and refreshment place with only minimal residence capacity. We were keen to not overawe or clash with this existing historical if modest little house, nor to impose on the neighbour's sun. Ross's extension is both sympathetic and marries so well with the old building while at the same time it is practical and beautiful with clean, elegant lines. He is very easy to work with and is a very good listener so the result is a very pleasing creation which is also incorporates all the things we needed for living. The extended house sits beautifully in the streetscape and as there is a park across the road we were mindful of not imposing too much on the landscape. Finally, we are in a flame zone area and Ross is very good are negotiating with the council which helped enormously. I am thrilled with the resulting building!”
