“We purchased a bathroom vanity from Lowes last year and only opened it from packaging recently for our installers to put it in. Unfortunately a couple doors on the vanity had a scratch and were bent and Lowe’s (where we purchased from) wasn’t able to do anything for us but they told us to contact the Cutler Group. We explained our unique situation to Sukhi who was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She arranged for 2 new doors for us at no charge and we were able to pick them up. Aside from having a great experience dealing with Sukhi, we had a sneak peek at the manufacturing/showroom side of the headquarters and it was as massive as it was pristine. I got soft close drawers and doors, under cabinet lighting, and beautiful bamboo work tops included with this system when all of those would be a costly upgrade with normal wood cabinets.”
