Ken worked with us designing the cabinetry on our custom remodel for our kitchen, laundry room, and three bathrooms. He has the patience of a saint, calmly handling our many change requests and gently suggesting helpful differences and additions using the latest ergonomic and space saving features. The result was nothing short of wonderful, and even spectacular to us. The install was on time and perfectly done- testimony also to the top-notch designing and planning. After the wonderful installation, Ken met with us again, on site, to consult on several small tweaks we wanted and some small additional custom work. And this last is a big one. The contractor designing and installing our staircase failed to complete the job claiming he couldn't find the wood required. We fortunately thought to ask Cabinet World since they'd done so great with the walnut cabinets. Ken sent son Nick in to save our day. Nick showed up ASAP, and on-site designed and finished the base to our stair railings, putting in a 10 hour day until it was done, and the result was fabulous.
