“We happened upon Premium Cabinets through Craigslist of all places. Initially, I was skeptical that they would be able to deliver what their ad said. We scheduled a visit anyway, and went to their warehouse in Tulsa. Seeing the quality of their cabinets first hand put all our fears at ease. The cabinets were made of plywood, not MDF, the hinges and drawer slides that come standard are high quality soft close. Of the 20+ cabinets we installed they were all square and solid, we opted to install them ourselves and were pleased with how easy it was to install the cabinets without having to force them square. Not only were their cabinets better quality than what we could have bought at one of the big box stores, they were better looking with many door faces to choose from and a variety of finishes available, and they cost way less!”

“I threw down the gauntlet in front Parks Custom Cabinets; a home for two couples with a guest house. One kitchen for entertaining, two standard kitchens, a library space, two master bathrooms, 5 standard bathrooms, and an integrated dinning buffet; it was a massive undertaking. “We purchased a home with 'good bones' that 'needed work.' If not for Mr. Chipman; his professionalism and knowledge, we'd probably STILL be in remodel hell! The kitchen cabinets were a mismash of no shelves, no doors, and stapled curtains (yes, for cabinet doors!). Mr. Chipman was able to match the slabs and install them with ease. He also suggested some changes we'd never have considered that improved the kitchen dramatically. At the same time, we had a complete master bath remodel and Mr. Chipman was instrumental in offering feasible suggestions to off-set my own outlandish ones. Really, you SHOULD be able to line up those cool, high-powered hand dryers on either side of the shower door so you could walk through and never use another towel! We had to replace counters, build a tub surround, and rebuild a whole new shower. Mr. Chipman was wonderful throughout! I can honestly say he didn't add one bit of stress to the pile we were facing! Pleasant, professional, caring, and ethical, this man (and company) are the real deal. You will get an honest estimate, you will be involved and informed in any changes, and you will end up with a job that's beautifully done that you will be proud of for years. Before hiring, we solicited other bids. After receiving Mr. Chipman's bid, we were able to find all of the hidden costs in lower bids that were 'overlooked' and not mentioned in the official bid papers. Lower upfront bids would have eventually cost far more than Mr. Chipmans' initial bid. That alone spoke to the character of who would be working in our home. We've never regretted our decision and today, almost ten years later? We're still impressed, we've never had a lick of trouble, and we're still friendly with Mr. Chipman! Yes, we've sought his advice and used his services since. Oh yeah, the 'other' guys? I just pulled the bids (yep, I'd saved them). I can't find a single on of them still in business. I apologize for the long review, but I wanted to be thorough and share why we are happy, loyal customers of Mr. Chipmans!”
