“I hired Deutch Design to totally remodel my kitchen, laundry room and living room. We are so pleased with the results. Frank gave us great design ideas that were creative and brought those designs to life. Our kitchen now has custom made cabinets, soft close drawers, counter tops made from a beautiful brazilian cherry hardwood, and a 13.5 foot island in the middle. He also added speakers in the ceiling of the kitchen & dining room for music & television. The floors are an awesome tile that has a slate look to them. Frank took what was a messy laundry room and has transformed it into a well-organized area. We had a 500 sq foot living room addition built by a contractor. Frank built us a home entertainment center that is just over 20-ft wide. He installed a motor that allows the TV to descend into the cabinets when not in use & to lift up by remote control when we are ready to use it. He also built a surround sound system that has theater quality sound. He also built a beautiful fireplace mantel to match the entertainment center. We have been so pleased with the superior work by Deutch Design that we have already hired the company to build us a new fence and to install outdoor speakers on our back deck and patio. I highly recommend Deutch Design!”

“I stumbled upon Pete Rafferty/Edgewood Cabinetry while browsing a granite store. I hired him immediately after I received his very (very) reasonable quote and looked at his website. I could not be happier with this decision! The cabinets are GORGEOUS, dovetail joints, totally custom look and feel. His installation paid attention to the smallest details, like drawer pull hole drills using a precision tool, clear caulking between the cabinets and walls. Watching the install was like watching the olympics of carpentry- quick, onsite measurements, custom trim cuts done perfectly, both precise and fast on the install. Now I want to hire Edgewood to build me a new custom cabinet for my TV and one for my bedroom! 5 star craftsmanship and service here.”

“David and his team did a great job on doing a major renovation of our master bath, including removing a large corner tub, rebuilding the shower, pocket door, barn door, custom cabinets, and floor tile. Electrical and plumbing had to be reworked and his team did it all (except for shower glass). They also retrofitted new recessed lights in our living room and colormatched the ceiling paint perfectly. All this during covid! Highly recommend!”

“Timothy from Distinctive Millworks has skill for his age. When my wife and I decided to have a built-in bookcase installed, Timothy came to our house, listened to what we wanted, gave his advice, showed us some pictures of previous work for comparison, gave us a price, and a week later brought to life the exact vision of what we were expecting. He matched the existing trim and baseboards perfectly. Timothy had a mentor that he quoted as saying, "Caulk is a bad excuse for lousy carpentry." He has brought this motto into this business where he strives to make every piece of wood look good and fit properly.”

“David is a craftsman and does excellent work. We wanted a matching corner cabinet in our master bath to match existing cabinets so he came out and measured and built the cabinet in his shop and painted to match with lacquer finish. He trimmed the vertical styles to match the imperfections in the sheetrock wall so we didn't have to use molding strips to cover the cracks. Sweet job!”

“My cabinets are fantastic and still look and operate like the day they were installed. They are heavy duty and solidly crafted with deep drawers. Very easy to clean and the style I have does not show fingerprints. I would say the quality is top notch and excellent value for the price.”

“Dan is the best handyman/carpenter around. He's probably mad that I'm writing this because his schedule is already hectic. “Whitaker Mill Works just completed a kitchen rennovation in my 1930's bungalow and I couldn't be happier with the experience! First, there is not a square wall in the house, the floor slopes from one side to the other. Basically, a nightmare for installation of cabinetry. They tackled the project (and it's headaches) with enthusiasm and conquered every challenge my old bungalow threw at them :) The result is stunning! I've worked with many contractors and these guys are top notch! Each day they cleaned and left no trace of their efforts. The crew was extremely friendly and reassuring. They worked around my schedule (and dog) and communicated well throughout the process. They made excellent suggestions and even drew sketches on site to explailn their thoughts. This was extremely helpful for a visual person such as myself. Finally, they made sure everything was perfect before closing out the job. Their attention to detail was impressive! I highly recommend these guys and will use them again for any future projects!”
