There were several custom features that I specifically wanted (this being my fourth kitchen, but my first with Driftwood Joinery). I found David to be flexible, creative and supportive. For example, the few little errors that were made along the way were acknowledged and rectified quickly. They were true to their word on promises, including sticking to their price quote to the cent. During the process, we added two bathrooms and some cabinetry in our bedroom. This too was delivered without fuss, as promised, to the same high standard. I have dealt with many companies over the past 30 years. The ones that stand out are the ones that know their stuff, no-nonsense straight-shooters who have the experience and confidence to listen and understand what you want and work with you to make it happen, without excuses, they cheerfully own up and fix mistakes along the way, honouring their obligations and delivering a quality product.
