“We recently engaged Susan , owner of Home Tonic, to substantially refresh a 40 yr old home that had had various alterations and additions carried out over the last decade. The house lacked "sparkle" and "cohesiveness" and because of that appeared disjointed. Several interior Designers had been evaluated before Home Tonic was chosen. Why Home Tonic? When Susan came over to evaluate the house I knew she was the right choice immediately. She was not overbearing but listened carefully to the ideas put forward. She then blended her own thoughts on what might be acceptable. Brilliant, spot on 9 out of ten times. She has achieved everything & more than we imagined. The price was fair and everybody is extremely happy, hopefully Susan is too. Thank you Home Tonic, thank you Susan.”

“We wanted to build in the Redlynch area. I visited an open home in the beaches area and liked what we saw. We did not purchase that home. A few weeks we asked the agent who built that home and found out that it belonged to Tim Kelly who I follow up. At this time he was building another, which we inspected many times. After that we decided to go ahead with Phil Kelly as the builder. We bought a block of land and contacted Phil Kelly to build. We had a rough plan drawn on a piece of paper and passed it on, from that time Phil Kelly done everything, including the landscaping. The result, we could not be happier with the out come, house built without any need to worry about the contract, just good people to do business with.”
