What a disaster-one new wardrobe and one as a refit. Installer swore like a trooper on first day. Then he removed the skirting boards which were supposed to support the side panels. This meant that the entire shelving was and still is 3cm lower than designed. Manager was totally unapologetic and said we would have to wait 6 weeks for 2 new side panels to meet the design. Then the installer placed additional shelving on the robe side, not in the design. This had to be removed and patched up. When I inquired if he was going to follow the correct deign for the second wardrobe he walked off the job! Thanks to his supervisor who tried to calm troubled waters. Buyer beware.
