“Upon the recommendation of a friend, we scheduled an initial design consultation with Nouvelle. We were so pleased with the designer's ideas and concept design by the end of the hour that we continued with Nouvelle. In addition to a skilfully refined design, we received excellent project management and coordination from start to finish, including supplier and trade arrangements for demolition/waste management, cabinet fabrication and installation, plumbing, electrical, benchtop and splashback installation (all except flooring, not normally in their contract), as well as advice on appliances and products. The subs all communicated well, were on time, courteous and tidy, and the quality of all components, installation and construction was top notch. Nouvelle's personnel paid attention to the details and delivered a very high quality outcome for us. Construction is a complex process of interrelated components. On our end, we played our part by being available, checking details, asking questions, and responding promptly, to minimise any potential issues and contribute to delivering value for money. Success! We're delighted with the transformation of our 20+ year old kitchen to our new space, it's truly enjoyable every day.”

“Lisa was recommended to us by a friend. I had spoken to a few designers prior to reaching out to Lisa but hadn't really connected with any until we met with Lisa. We loved working with Lisa - she is extremely talented and the level of professionalism, her attention to detail, and client centricity was amazing. Lisa knew exactly what we wanted before we did! I really don't know what we would have done without Lisa's advice. Being our first full home build, Lisa's help and insights were invaluable when selecting colours, designing the kitchen, butlers, laundry and mudroom, and choosing all the fixtures and fittings (tiles, tapware, flooring/carpet, stone, lighting, plantation shutters). Many thanks Lisa for making a daunting and overwhelming process fun! We are very excited for our home to be finished and all the designs/selections on paper to come to life.”

“Blake and his team remodelled our Kitchen and Bathroom and we were thrilled with the process and the builder they selected for us. The finished product was on time and can’t recommend Improva highly enough through helping picking colours getting to discounts on products of good quality. The way the whole process was handled saved us so much time and agony. Thank you.”
