Paul McDonald (Owner & Director) completed his trade qualifications as a carpenter and joiner in 2002. Soon after, ‘McDonald Carpenters’ was launched, whereby carpentry contracts in the residential building industry were performed. Afterwards, Paul identified a need for a strong trade-based service company in the hotel and resort industry. ‘McDonald Apartment Solutions’ was then formed - consolidating a broad range of trades together. Paul was able to hone his skills in the services provided to clients to eventually take on large scale hotel refurbishments using the same formula for success. Today, MCDAS Projects has an extensive network of specialty trades across all states and territories. Our employees and contractors are valued and empowered. We encourage a Work / Family balance.
