Moore Than Kitchens

We are delighted with our new kitchen built by Moore than Kitchens in late 2016. Graham and Makaela took the time visit us, understand our issues and requirements and custom design a kitchen that would work for our difficult space (unlike other companies that required us to visit them with photos and floorplans). Graham has an eye for detail and works to a very high standard (and we are pretty fussy). The customer design and carpentry also resolved some issues that other kitchen companies with inflexible pre-fab cabinets could not resolve. The project was professionally project managed from start to finish and they coordinated with our own plumber and electrician. Graham dealt with any problems professionally and quickly (and let’s face it, every major building project always has unforeseen problems). A tight deadline was met and they kept to schedule (despite friends telling us that we would not get the kitchen finished before Christmas as suppliers were too busy). I understand that the kitchen is also covered by QBCC Home warranty insurance. This is much better than other companies like Good Guys Kitchens who told me that only their individual contractors were QBCC licenced but they did not need to be. If we had gone with the Good Guys Kitchens, that would mean any issues would have to take it up with the Good Guys’ contractors who installed but did not provide the cabinetry (which is problematic if the issue is with the cabinet maker not the installer!). In regards to price, they were competitive and not much different to the cookie cutter pre-fab quotes we received from other widely known kitchen companies. I would not hesitate to recommend Moore than Kitchens.
