“We engaged A&T Cabinet Makers for the second time for our master bedroom make-over, after having previously gotten our kitchen remodeled. Our goal was to create a functional bedroom, that saved us a whole lot of space, and enabled us to cut back on our bedroom furniture. We had very specific needs, for example, needing bed-side accessible shelving for CPAP machines, screens, phone chargers etc. We were also looking after something that just popped, made our bedroom look amazing and didn't cost the earth to do it. As usual, after having looked at other options on a budget (Ikea, Bunnings, etc.), A&T was cheaper by far (surprisingly!) and custom designed it for us rather than having pre-fabricated stuff that wouldn't actually do what we needed. We went with really different colour choices compared to the rest of the house, using Polytec Topiary smooth panels for the face of the cabinetry, and a Polytec Notaio Woodmatt surround for the nooks, with Momo Graf handles (which matched our kitchen handles for a uniform look throughout the house). We really love our bedroom, it was cluttered, and clunky and now it's a beautiful and functional space. We actually look forward to making the bed most days to keep our bedroom looking tidy, whereas before we didn't care that it looked so messy.”

“We are a couple aged in our eighties and, in recent times, made the very difficult decision to downsize and move into a Retirement Village as we do not have children to look after our interests in our old age. The enormity of this project was overwhelming - especially with regard to making decisions on what furniture to keep and what to sell, décor, etc. We had a number of large antique items and were moving into a small unit. Fortunately an acquaintance of ours referred us to Joanne Byrom who made life very easy for us. As we were extremely busy preparing our home for sale and had no time to search for furniture, Joanne made a number of visits to our new unit, measured wall space, recommended keeping some of our antique furniture, and mixing it with more modern items. Joanne ordered the new furniture and also arranged drapes and blinds and selected the colour scheme. We sold our home in record time and, thanks to Joanne, made a smooth transition into our new unit. A number of friends have visited us at our new abode and have made some very complimentary remarks on the décor. We would recommend Joanne to any potential client.”
