“I reached out to Selena for design assistance for 3 houses I was building consecutively in Geelong recently. As a builder, I wanted to maximise my return quickly, so I needed concepts that were going to be universally appealing and easy to sell. Selena was able to recommend finishes, materials and colours that combined to achieve the best possible outcome. Hers was a very considered approach, understanding the demographic of potential buyers, respecting the budget, giving attention to detail, all in combination with her industry expertise and understanding of the building/selling process. She didn’t give me generic ideas and I liked that she changed my mind in a few instances – her suggestions were excellent! She did this all remotely - sending me samples and schedules along the way. I gave her the plans, we had a Zoom meeting and she did the rest. It really was no different to in person meetings. Actually, it saved us both time and was a very streamlined, efficient process. I found Selena very easy to get along with and she took the guesswork out of my equation so that I could focus on the construction side of the projects. Engaging Selena’s services was definitely value for money and I can happily recommend her to anyone needing design advice”

Brylee tweaked our floor plan to make the best use of our small space & designed our kitchen, bathrooms & laundry.
