“Brett and Colin were great to work with. We engaged The Renovation Broker to design, tender out our job and some of the project management aspects (installation of the benchtops). Brett and his team brought real value to the table with their experience in the industry, their connections with quality builders, cabinet makers, benchtop guys etc. A lot of the stress of renovating a kitchen was removed as everyone we dealt with through The Renovation Broker were proven, trusted professionals. Everyone was interested in keeping the customer happy and delivering what we wanted. We also appreciated being given trade centres to visit to really see all the various products available so we could make informed choices about what we wanted in our kitchen. There were no surprises. Colin was particularly good at listening to our requirements in the initial design phase and gave us what we wanted rather than what was on trend. He also presented options and ideas to us to consider but ultimately worked with us to come up with what suited us best.
