These are my experiences of Driftwood Joinery who recently completed my new (fairly substantial) kitchen and several various cabinets including 2 bathrooms and master bedroom cabinetry. I would and will happily use them again. The owner, David, came to our home to work with my partner and I to flesh out a design for the kitchen. There were several custom features that I specifically wanted (this being my fourth kitchen, but my first with Driftwood Joinery). I found David to be flexible, creative and supportive. He clearly knew his stuff and worked with us to achieve our vision. From this first meeting to the end, this standard of care and attention to detail was upheld. The result is a beautiful, quality constructed, generous, easy-to-use, thoughtfully designed kitchen with novel features that makes it a cut above the rest. We couldn't be happier. Throughout the process, I found David and his company to be honourable, communicative and professional. For example, the few little errors that were made along the way were acknowledged and rectified quickly. They were true to their word on promises, including sticking to their price quote to the cent. During the process, we added two bathrooms and some cabinetry in our bedroom. This too was delivered without fuss, as promised, to the same high standard. I have dealt with many companies over the past 30 years. The ones that stand out are the ones that know their stuff, no-nonsense straight-shooters who have the experience and confidence to listen and understand what you want and work with you to make it happen, without excuses, they cheerfully own up and fix mistakes along the way, honouring their obligations and delivering a quality product.
